SOS - Yelowsoft



To manage the SOS requests and issues the admin needs to click on SOS menu.

Here you will see the list of all the SOS requests with key information such as:

  • User name
  • Trip ID
  • Notified number (emergency contacts)
  • Date
  • Current status

You can take appropriate action on each SOS request by clicking on “Actions”.

Here you need to fill or update the status of the SOS requests along with a comment and the image (if any).

Moreover, you can see the log of the all the actions which would include date, time, and the action status. You can view this list by clicking on “log” option.
