Onboarding Experience

Enhancement

The onboarding process for users and drivers has been simplified with step-by-step guidance and progress tracking. This helps new users get started faster while reducing setup friction.

API Update

New

API version 3.4 has been released with performance improvements of approximately 20 percent. This delivers faster responses and a smoother experience for integrations and connected systems.

Driver App Updates

Enhancement

The Driver App now features a new glass-style user interface optimised for iOS 26. Performance and layout improvements also prepare the app for future enhancements.

Offline Usage

Enhancement

The app can now function without an active internet connection using cached data. Once connectivity is restored, data syncs automatically, making the app more reliable in low-network areas.

User Customization

Enhancement

User preferences are now saved across devices. Theme options include light, dark, and glass modes, allowing users to personalise their experience without reconfiguration.

Calendar & Training Center

Enhancement

Updates have been made to both the calendar and training center to improve scheduling and learning workflows, helping teams stay organised and onboarded more effectively.

AI Bot for Admin App

New

Admins can now manage zones, zone pricing, custom rates, meter fares, and surge pricing directly from the app. This removes the need for backend changes in many cases and makes it easier to adjust pricing quickly while staying in control of operations.

Corporate Group ID Module

New

Corporate travel can now be organised using group IDs that link employees with one or more authorisers. Authorisers can review and approve trips, track usage, and manage multiple groups, helping businesses keep policies clear and oversight simple.

Agent Booking via QR Code

New

Each agent is now assigned a unique QR code that customers can scan to place bookings linked to that agent. This reduces manual trip imports, avoids booking errors, and ensures commissions are tracked accurately.

Driver Queue Management

Enhancement

Drivers can manage multiple upcoming trips using ride queues. Once a trip ends, the next one starts automatically. This helps reduce waiting time between rides and keeps drivers moving during busy periods.

Trip Blocking Feature

Enhancement

Drivers will no longer receive trip requests that clash with upcoming scheduled rides. This avoids overlaps, supports on-time pickups, and reduces cancellations caused by poor trip sequencing.

Request Nearby

Enhancement

Drivers nearing a drop-off point can receive nearby trip requests based on a radius set by the admin. This keeps vehicles active, cuts down idle time, and improves overall fleet efficiency.

Set Destination for Drivers

Enhancement

Drivers can now set a preferred destination and receive trips that align with their route. This helps reduce unnecessary travel, improves acceptance rates, and supports better end-of-shift planning.

Customer–Driver Cancellation Fee Configuration

Enhancement

Admins can decide how cancellation fees are shared between customers, drivers, or the company. Fees are automatically credited to the correct wallet, helping maintain fairness, transparency, and clear billing rules.

Waived Cancellation Threshold

Enhancement

A configurable limit allows certain customer cancellations to be waived automatically. Once that limit is crossed, standard charges apply. This protects revenue while still allowing flexibility for genuine cases.

Comprehensive Audit Logs

New

The system now records detailed audit logs for all user and system actions, including timestamps. This makes it easier to review activity, trace changes, and maintain accountability across operations.

Subscription Automation (Zone Pricing)

Enhancement

Subscription plans can now be configured by service zones, with multiple plans supported per zone. Trips outside defined zones follow default pricing rules automatically, reducing manual work and keeping pricing consistent.

Vehicle Addition via Driver App

Enhancement

Drivers can submit vehicle details and photos directly through the Driver App. All submissions go through admin approval, helping maintain accurate records while speeding up onboarding.

Holiday Taxi Integration (HBX Group)

New

With the HBX Group integration, vendors can receive holiday trip requests directly in the system. These trips follow existing dispatch and billing flows, supporting smoother airport and holiday travel operations.

Gridd (GNET) Integration

New

The Gridd integration connects vendors to a wider demand network. Third-party bookings are received directly in the system and handled using the same dispatch and billing processes as other trips.

WhatsApp Bot Booking

New

Customers can now request rides through WhatsApp using a chatbot that collects trip details automatically. This speeds up responses, reduces manual handling, and allows bookings without downloading an app.

First-Time User Promotion

Enhancement

New users receive a promo code automatically via push notification after signing up. The code applies only to the first ride, helping convert registrations into bookings while keeping discounts controlled.

Recurring Trips

New

Admins can set trips to repeat on weekly, monthly, or custom schedules. This removes the need to recreate the same bookings and supports regular travel use cases.

Google Pay and Apple Pay Integration

New

Google Pay and Apple Pay are now supported as payment options. Customers can pay using digital wallets, making checkout faster and reducing friction during payment.

Rental – Hailing Service

New

The rental hailing service allows customers to book vehicles on an hourly basis. Flexible pricing supports rentals, longer journeys, and on-demand use, expanding service options and revenue opportunities.
