Complete Driver Management in One Place
Every tool you need to hire, track, pay, motivate, and manage your driver workforce — without switching between spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and separate HR tools.
Driver Profile & KYC
Centralised driver profiles with all personal details, vehicle information, and KYC documents in one place. Upload licence, insurance, permit, Aadhaar, and any custom documents — with expiry tracking and renewal alerts.
Onboarding & Approval Workflow
A structured multi-step onboarding flow for new drivers. Submit documents, verify identity, assign vehicle, and activate on the platform — all tracked in a single approval pipeline with admin sign-off at each stage.
Performance Score & Rating
Track each driver's rating, acceptance rate, cancellation rate, on-time performance, and trip completion count in real time. Performance scores feed directly into dispatch priority — better drivers get trips faster.
Earnings & Payout Management
Full transparency on driver earnings — daily, weekly, and monthly breakdowns by trip, zone, and vehicle type. Set payout schedules, handle settlements, and give drivers a complete earnings view from their app.
Incentives & Bonus System
Create performance-based incentive rules — trip count bonuses, peak hour rewards, rating milestones, and streak bonuses. Incentives auto-calculate and credit to the driver wallet without manual intervention.
Duty Status & Shift Scheduling
Monitor every driver's real-time duty status — online, offline, or on-trip. Set shift schedules so drivers are available when your zones need them most. Pair with zone management for precise fleet coverage.
Driver Wallet & Cash Deposit
Drivers maintain a wallet balance used for cash trip deposits and platform fees. Admins can view balances, force top-ups, and set minimum deposit thresholds — keeping your cash flow predictable across the fleet.
Access Control & Compliance
Block, suspend, or reactivate any driver instantly from the admin panel. Set compliance rules — document expiry triggers automatic suspension. Reactivation requires document renewal, keeping your fleet legally covered.
Onboard New Drivers in Minutes — Not Days
Paper-based driver onboarding is slow, error-prone, and impossible to track at scale. Yelowsoft replaces it with a structured digital workflow: drivers submit their documents through the driver app, admins review and approve at each stage, and the driver goes live only when every requirement is met.
Document expiry is tracked automatically — when a licence or insurance nears expiry, the system alerts both the driver and admin. When it expires, the driver is suspended automatically until renewed.
- Multi-step onboarding pipeline: submit → review → approve → activate
- Document types configurable per market — licence, permit, insurance, PAN, Aadhaar, RC
- Expiry alerts sent to driver and admin before the renewal deadline
- Auto-suspension on document expiry — reactivation requires fresh upload and approval
- Sub-company driver onboarding managed independently per company

Know Which Drivers Are Performing — and Which Aren't
Every trip a driver completes adds data to their performance profile — passenger rating, acceptance rate, cancellation rate, on-time arrival percentage, and total completions. You get a real-time, objective picture of every driver without relying on gut feel or passenger complaints.
Performance scores connect directly to your auto dispatch engine — higher-scoring drivers are prioritised in assignment, creating a natural incentive loop without manual management.
- Live dashboard showing rating, acceptance rate, cancellation rate per driver
- Trip history with fare, route, duration, and passenger feedback per trip
- Performance score threshold for dispatch eligibility — configurable per zone
- Low-performer alerts sent to admin automatically when thresholds are breached
- Historical trends — compare a driver's performance week-over-week or month-over-month

Motivate Your Fleet Without Manual Bonus Calculations
Incentive programs keep drivers active, improve acceptance rates, and reward the behaviour that matters most to your business — completing more trips, working peak hours, maintaining high ratings. Yelowsoft lets you build these rules once and run them automatically across your entire fleet.
When a driver hits a milestone, the bonus credits to their wallet instantly — no admin approval needed, no batch processing at month end. Drivers see their progress toward the next bonus in real time in their app.
- Trip count bonuses — credit a fixed amount after every N completed trips
- Peak hour rewards — extra earning per trip during configured high-demand windows
- Rating milestone bonuses — reward drivers who maintain a rating above a threshold
- Streak bonuses — reward consecutive days with zero cancellations
- Progress visible to drivers in real time — drives motivation without manual nudging

Know Who Is Available, Where, and When

- Live duty status per driver — online, on-trip, offline, or break
- Shift templates configurable per zone — morning, evening, night windows
- Driver assigned to specific shift slot — auto-goes-online at shift start
- Zone coverage dashboard — see how many drivers are active in each area at any time
- Integrates with Zone Management for demand-supply visibility per area

Full Control Over Who Drives — and What They Hear
Block or suspend any driver instantly from the admin panel — for document expiry, a complaint, or a policy violation. Suspended drivers lose app access immediately and cannot receive or accept trips. Reactivation requires admin approval after the issue is resolved.
Communication tools let you send push notifications or broadcast messages to all drivers, a zone, or a specific driver directly — for policy updates, weather alerts, demand notifications, or shift reminders.
- Block, suspend, or reactivate any driver instantly — no app restart needed
- Auto-suspension triggered by document expiry — no manual monitoring required
- Sub-company admins manage only their own drivers — no cross-company access
- Push notifications to all drivers, zone drivers, or a named individual
- Broadcast message with delivery status — know which drivers have read it

Admin Panel
Built for Multi-Company Fleets and Growing Operations
Whether you run one brand or ten, Yelowsoft's driver management scales with you — sub-company isolation, vehicle assignment, document tracking, and shift management all in one system.
01
Sub-Company AssignmentManage Multiple Brands or Markets Under One Platform
Assign each driver to a specific sub-company. Sub-company admins see only their own drivers — profiles, KYC, earnings, and access controls are fully isolated. You see everything from the top-level admin view.
02
Vehicle AssignmentAssign the Right Vehicle to Every Driver — and Track It
Each driver is assigned a vehicle from your fleet. The vehicle type tag on that assignment determines which trips the driver is eligible for in auto dispatch. Change assignments in seconds — swap vehicles for maintenance, upgrades, or driver changes.
03
Document Expiry AlertsNever Let an Expired Document Slip Through
Set alert windows per document type — 30, 15, and 7 days before expiry. The system notifies the driver to renew and the admin to follow up. On expiry date, the driver is automatically suspended. On renewal upload and approval, they're reinstated.
04
Shift SchedulingPlan Your Driver Availability Around Your Demand Patterns
Create shift templates — morning, afternoon, evening, night — and assign drivers to slots per zone. Drivers go online automatically at shift start. Admins see projected zone coverage for the next 24–48 hours, enabling proactive fleet management.

Frequently asked questions
Yelowsoft's driver management covers the full driver lifecycle: digital KYC onboarding with a multi-step approval workflow, performance score and rating tracking, earnings and payout management, a driver wallet with cash deposit controls, a configurable incentive and bonus system, real-time duty status monitoring, shift scheduling, vehicle assignment, document expiry alerts, auto-suspension on compliance issues, sub-company driver isolation, and push notification / broadcast messaging to drivers.
Drivers download the Yelowsoft driver app and begin the onboarding process by submitting their personal details and uploading required documents — driving licence, insurance, vehicle RC, identity proof, and any market-specific documents you configure. The admin reviews each step and approves before the driver progresses. The driver cannot receive or accept trips until every step is fully approved and a vehicle is assigned.
You set alert windows per document type — for example, 30 and 7 days before expiry. The system sends reminders to both the driver (via app notification) and the admin. On the expiry date, the driver is automatically suspended and cannot go online or receive trips. Reinstatement requires the driver to upload a renewed document and the admin to approve it.
Driver performance scores — calculated from passenger ratings, acceptance rate, cancellation rate, and on-time arrival — feed directly into the auto dispatch engine. In zones configured to use score-weighted or hybrid assignment, higher-scoring drivers are prioritised. You can also set a minimum score threshold for eligibility in specific zones — for example, premium or airport zones can require a 4.5+ rating.
Yes. Yelowsoft supports sub-company structures where each brand or market operates as an independent unit. Each driver is assigned to a specific sub-company. Sub-company admins see only their own drivers, earnings, and documents. Top-level admins have visibility across all sub-companies. This makes it possible to run multiple taxi brands or market operations from a single Yelowsoft account without data crossover.
You configure incentive rules in the admin panel — for example, a ₹200 bonus after 50 completed trips, or ₹30 extra per trip during peak hours from 6–10 PM. When a driver meets the condition, the bonus is automatically credited to their wallet without any admin action. Drivers can see their progress toward the next bonus in real time in the driver app, which drives consistent motivation without manual follow-up.
Every driver maintains a wallet balance on the platform. For cash trips, a portion of the fare is credited to the operator and the driver deposits an equivalent amount into their wallet — ensuring the operator is covered. Admins set a minimum wallet balance threshold; drivers who fall below it are automatically taken offline until they top up. Incentive bonuses also credit here. Full earnings and wallet history is available to both driver and admin.
Yes. From the admin panel you can send push notifications to all drivers, all drivers in a specific zone, or a named individual. Messages are delivered via the driver app instantly. You can see delivery and read status, so you know which drivers have acknowledged important communications like policy updates, shift reminders, or demand alerts.
